How to Buy Tickets on TamashaGo

Finding the Right Event

Browse TamashaGo by city, category, or date. Use the search bar at the top of any page to search by event name, artist, or keyword. Filter results by Halal-friendly or Dry (alcohol-free) to find events that match your preferences.

Selecting Your Tickets

1. Open the event page and click Get Tickets.
2. Choose your ticket type (General Admission, VIP, Table, etc.).
3. Select the quantity and click Add to Order.
4. Your tickets are held for 10 minutes while you complete checkout.

Completing Checkout

Enter your name, email address, and payment details. TamashaGo accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

After Purchase

You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Each ticket has a unique QR code. You can also access your tickets anytime from My Tickets in your account dashboard.

Group Orders

Need more than 10 tickets? Contact the organizer directly through the event page or email support@tamashago.com for group pricing.

Troubleshooting

• Payment declined: Check that your billing address matches your card on file. Try a different card or contact your bank.
• Tickets held but checkout expired: Tickets are automatically released after 10 minutes. Start the checkout process again.
• Did not receive confirmation email: Check your spam folder. If not there, visit My Tickets in your dashboard — your order will appear there immediately.
