How to Find Your Tickets After Purchase

Email Confirmation

Within minutes of completing your purchase, TamashaGo sends a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email contains:

• A summary of your order
• Individual QR codes for each ticket
• A PDF attachment you can download and print

If you do not see the email, check your Spam or Promotions folder. Add tickets@tamashago.com to your contacts to ensure future emails land in your inbox.

Account Dashboard

Log in to your TamashaGo account and navigate to My Tickets. Every ticket you have ever purchased is listed here, including past events. From this page you can:

• View and download your QR code
• Download the PDF ticket
• Transfer a ticket to another person

Purchased as a Guest?

If you checked out without creating an account, use the link in your confirmation email. You can also create a free account using the same email address and your order will be linked automatically.

Still Can't Find Your Tickets?

Email support@tamashago.com with your order confirmation number (or the email address used at checkout) and our team will resend your tickets within one business hour.
