Event Check-in
How Event Check-in Works
Before You Arrive
Make sure your ticket QR code is accessible on your phone before you leave home. You can find it in your confirmation email or in My Tickets on TamashaGo. Screenshots work fine — you do not need an internet connection at the door.
At the Event
- Present your QR code to the venue staff at the entry point.
- Staff will scan your code using TamashaGo's check-in app.
- A green checkmark confirms valid entry. A red screen means the ticket has already been used or is invalid.
- Each QR code can only be used once to prevent fraud.
Multiple Tickets in One Order
If you purchased more than one ticket, each ticket has its own unique QR code. All codes are included in your confirmation email and in My Tickets. You may share individual QR codes with your guests.
Print vs. Digital
Both printed and digital tickets are accepted. If you prefer a physical ticket, download the PDF from your confirmation email or dashboard and print it at home.
Transferred Tickets
If you transferred a ticket to another person, the new holder's QR code will be their own unique code after they accept the transfer. The original code is automatically invalidated.
Issues at the Door
If you experience any trouble at check-in, ask venue staff to contact the event organizer on-site. You can also call our support line at the number listed in your confirmation email. Having your order confirmation number ready will speed up resolution.
